7. We will finalize all paperwork and send to attorney's, lender's and other interested parties.

9. We will schedule and attend all inspections.
10. We follow-up with the outcome of the inspections with you and your attorney.
11. We continually keep you updated as we are updated from the seller's agent, your attorney and lender.
